wildcat is open!
My wildcat orchid has opened her blossom! It may be the one and only this year but it's gorgeous.
It's actually got five pointy petals but the bottom two are hidden behind the bib. I hope the blossom lasts for weeks!

about this site
Take a walk with me through my little garden. It's my oasis in the middle of semi-urban, inner-eastern Melbourne. I grew up in rainy, temperate Oregon so learning to garden in dry, warm Melbourne has been an interesting challenge.
